Mason, Indian Hill, West Chester, & Montgomery Hot Air Balloon Rides

Mason Hot Air Balloon Rides showcase rural and urban scenes. Outside the city expect to see rolling fields, farms, wooded areas, local parks, various rivers and streams, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, and historic cities/homes. Our passengers often see multiple deer, coyotes, red tail hawks, and all types of agricultural animals. City scenes include new development of businesses and homes, and the unmistakable Kings Island amusement park skyline. Additionally, passengers also view the Western-Southern Tennis Arena, Great Wolf Lodge, as well as Mason’s expansive shopping areas, schools, churches, and residential areas.

Indian Hill Hot Air Balloon Rides showcase a tour of the largest homes and estates in the area. We’ll gently cruise over the homes of Southwest Ohio’s rich and famous, observing many private pool, tennis courts, and mansion properties. Per the Indian Hill Community Website, "the nearly 20 square miles, now known as Indian Hill, was first eyed by the Indian tribes of the Shawnee, Miami, and Delaware. From their original villages at Pickaway and Chillicothe, they came to hunt the wooded slopes and fish the clear streams. Some of the main thoroughfares of the Village today follow, in general, the early Indian trails. The Village has always had a green thumb, and affinity for open space.

West Chester Hot Air Balloon Rides showcase both rural and urban scenes. For many years West Chester was one of Ohio’s fastest growing communities. Although a tremendous amount of development has taken place, farms with green pastures still dot the horizon throughout our flight. West Chester has a well-developed parks and recreation district, including the Voice of America Park. During our flight, passengers can expect to see some of Southwest Ohio’s largest residential communities, plus many schools, churches, soccer fields, and other ball fields. West Chester is south of Middletown, OH, which is home to the area’s largest balloon event, the MidFirst Ohio Challenge. The MidFirst Ohio Challenge is held annually on the third week of July, normally including approximately 40 competing balloons from the Tri-State area.

Montgomery Hot Air Balloon Rides originate within Cincinnati’s I-275 loop. Depending on the prevailing wind direction and visibility, at altitude we can normally see the entire downtown Cincinnati skyline. Flights over Montgomery show off one of Cincinnati’s oldest, most majestic neighborhoods. Downtown Montgomery is quaint and the home of Cincinnati’s famous authentic Montgomery Inn Rib King restaurant. Additionally, Montgomery flights often cruise over the Kenwood Mall which is home to some of the area's best shopping.
