We have a flexible cancellation policy in effect should plans happen to change.

• Cancellation or reservation changes at least 48 hours prior to the meeting time are permitted.
• Failing to show up at all, arriving too late for the flight, or cancellation within 48 hours in advance of the meeting time may result in a full fare charge.

$50 non-refundable deposits are required for all reservations, and are valid for 1 calendar year from the time of receipt. Flights are refundable up to 30 days prior to the reservation date, less the $50 non-refundable deposit shown above.
